State Park, 2099 North Beach Street, Ormond Beach. Bring
the family for a day of learning about history and the
environment. Meet live birds of prey and gators.
Listen to music and storytellers, ride the tram, visit exhibits,
join guided hikes. Food and beverage available for
purchase, canoe/kayak rentals, etc. Park entrance fees
apply. State Park pass holders enter free.
Candlelight Halloween Trail Walk at Bulow Ruins. 5:00
to 9:00 p.m. at Bulow Plantation Ruins Historic State Park,
33501 Old Kings Road, Flagler Beach. Living history
re-enactors tell the story of Bulowville. Halloween fun,
costume contest, family fun. Park entrance fees apply.

ShORE 2015 – “Sharing Our Research with Everyone” – will be
held at the News-Journal Center of Daytona State College,
located at 221 N. Beach Street in Daytona Beach. The program is
a day-long event beginning with general registration at 8:30
am. Hosted by the Daytona State College Institute of Marine and
Environmental Studies (IMES), the Marine Discovery Center in New
Smyrna Beach and the Florida Section of the American Water
Resources Association (AWRA), ShORE 2015 is free and open to the
