"Ice Age Mammals in Florida"
Join us for a trip to the past - the way long ago past! Our speaker will be James "Zach" Zacharias, Senior Curator of Education and History at The Museum of Arts & Sciences. His presentation will introduce us to the strange and sometimes familiar creatures that walked our neighborhoods in a distant time. Prepare to be amazed and thoroughly captivated by these animals - almost the stuff of fantasy.
The meeting will be conducted over Zoom. A short informative meeting regarding club activities will follow, including a Christmas Bird Count review, news about the Great Backyard Bird Count in February and future field trips. Please join us!
