Halifax River Audubon Monthly Meeting

Date:
1/22/2018 at 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Event Description

Halifax River Audubon (HRA) will host a presentation by Tod Winston, Program Director for Audubon's Plants-for-Birds. We see this as a great opportunity to rekindle and/or start conversations around the many benefits of plants that are supportive of birds and other wildlife.
We already have a tentative commitment from a local Native Plant Society member to provide some lists of local plants that will bolster Tod's presentation and we invite NPS PawPaw to have literature and sign-up sheets at the event.

For more information about Audubon's native plant initiative, please check their website for details.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. at Sica Hall, 1065 Daytona Avenue, Holly Hill. The presentation begins at 7:00 p.m. A brief business meeting follows.
