Event Description

We are Zooming this evening and exploring the world of birds on the move. Joan Tague will be the presenter with the topic "Migration Defined". Recent advances in tracking technology, data mining, observations and more are leading to a more informed view on just what migration is. It's also opened more questions. We will define the terms, look at some of the strategies used by a couple of specific species and explore the tools we have at our fingertips to follow the avian spectacle. 

The meeting will also feature a review of upcoming field trips and programming. Be prepared for some surprises.
