Event Description
Join FOTBSP and Halifax River Audubon for a walk through a section of the park that is off the beaten path. This easy “back country” ramble will offer a great opportunity to explore an “under-birded” area on a trail that runs along the creek. The path is approximately 1.5 to 2 miles, round trip. Trails may be wet and grassy in some areas. Bring bug spray, water, snacks. Wear sturdy close toed shoes. Terrain may be uneven.
Meet at: Paved Trail Trailhead on the Corner of Inglesa Ave. and North Beach Street
