This class is a follow-up to the Beginning Birding session held in October. Attendance to the Beginner's session is not a requirement to attend this class. We will review many of the topics in the previous class while delving deeper into bird identification. The species we can expect to see during the outside portion of the class shift a bit between October and November. New birds require an adjustment in skills.
So join us Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Tomoka State Park for our session exploring the sport/science/pass time of birding.
This workshop will include both classroom and outdoor opportunities to hone your skills. You will be introduced to tools that will help you to whittle down the possibilities and that will get you to the right id:
"I know what that is!" The class is recommended for adults and older children accompanied by an adult.
